Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Torsten Schindler, Voltastrasse 102, 4056 Basel, Schweiz, help@entreater.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Early loss of the right of withdrawal
If you expressly requested that we begin performance of the service before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed.
If you withdraw after performance has begun at your request, you owe us a proportionate amount for what has been provided up to the point of withdrawal, measured against the full scope of the contract. Executed runs incur immediate cost with the model providers; that proportionate cost is what is meant.
Trial period
No payment is due during the free trial. If you cancel before it ends, no charge arises and there is accordingly nothing to reimburse.
Not applicable to businesses
The right of withdrawal is available only to consumers, meaning natural persons entering into the contract for purposes largely outside their trade, business or profession. It does not apply to businesses.
